After-sales Service Statement
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your trust and recognition, which has given us the opportunity to grow together. To reach a better consensus in our cooperation and ensure our service meets your satisfaction, please carefully read the following after-sales service description. The specific terms are as follows: (Note: The first-person pronouns "I" and "we" in this text refer to "this website".)
After-Sales Guidelines:
Sex dolls are personal items. Due to hygiene, customization, and other reasons, we do not support returns or exchanges without cause! Please carefully inquire about the product design principles, structure, and materials before purchasing. Acceptance of these terms is assumed upon purchase. Failure to inquire indicates that the customer is already aware of all relevant information.
Please inspect the product carefully upon receipt. Once the package is opened or the product is used, we are not responsible for returns. Regardless of the reason, used products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
(I) Quality issues include:
1.Fracture of the internal skeleton that renders the product unusable (excluding fractures of finger or toe bones).
2.Irreparable damage to the product appearance caused by production errors.
Solutions for quality issues:
1.Based on actual photos of the skeleton fracture provided by the customer (requirements: cut open the wrapping material to clearly show the fracture site), we will compensate the customer with a doll of the same model. We will cover the shipping costs.
(II) Non-quality issues:
1. Odor issue: TPE is a composite material, and under normal manufacturing processes, it may have a slight odor, which is not considered a quality issue. All raw materials used by the manufacturer are safe and non-toxic, so customers can use the product with confidence. If customers are concerned about the odor, the manufacturer can provide a free TPE sample block for customers to smell and determine acceptability. This website and the manufacturer will not cover the shipping costs.]
2. Design issue: Product aesthetics are subjective and vary from person to person. The manufacturer's designs are based on extensive collection of real human body data to achieve a lifelike appearance. Therefore, product design rationality is not grounds for return.
3. Discrepancy between received product and customer expectations: Before shipment, we will take actual photos of the product with a mobile phone/camera for customer confirmation. Only after confirmation will we arrange shipment.
Promotional images are for reference only (different venues, lighting, and angles may cause visual discrepancies). The actual product shall prevail.
4. Irreparable damage due to excessive use: Damage caused by improper use, such as material breakage or normal wear and tear, is not considered a quality issue. For minor breakage that can be repaired with glue, please contact sales customer service. We will provide 1-2 bottles of repair glue free of charge per order (depending on the extent of damage). We will not cover the shipping costs.
5. Additional functions such as heating, sound, suction, waist movement, head movement, etc., may be damaged during transportation due to shaking or improper use. Once these functions are damaged, due to the high cost of returning to the factory, we will not provide factory repair services. If the above electric functions are damaged but do not affect the basic use of the doll, we will refund the additional fees charged for these functions. Please fully understand the principles and functions of electric additional features before purchase to avoid after-sales disputes.]
6. TPE and silicone materials are prone to staining. Staining caused by wearing dark clothing or other reasons is not considered a quality issue. If staining occurs, please contact sales customer service. The manufacturer will provide 1-2 bottles of stain remover free of charge per order (depending on the extent of staining). This website and the manufacturer will not cover the shipping costs.
7. If a customer requests a return and refund due to subjective reasons such as no longer wanting the product before shipment, we regret that a full refund cannot be provided. The customer will need to bear the losses incurred from return shipping and other costs. This product is highly customized. If an order is canceled due to the customer’s personal reasons after placement, it will be difficult for us to find another buyer. Therefore, for production orders that are completed but not yet shipped, the customer will need to compensate for labor and storage loss fees: TPE doll: 100 USD per unit; silicone doll: 200 USD per unit.
8. The product manufacturing process involves joining two mold halves, which results in a seam line. The seam line is part of the manufacturing process and is not considered a quality issue.
9.For damage during transportation: if the customer discovers damage or missing items upon unboxing, the customer must provide photos of the damaged outer box, missing items, or product damage.
(III) We are obliged to clearly state the following disclaimer to customers:
1. Under normal use, the product warranty period is 6 months (excluding electric components of robot dolls). For issues beyond the warranty period, we will provide online consultation and assistance, but any costs incurred for after-sales services shall be borne by the customer.
2. Due to the nature of adult products, use by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
3. Please store the product properly after purchase, preferably out of reach of children. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper storage and access by children.
4. Nude display in public places is prohibited. Any adverse consequences arising from such actions shall be solely borne by the customer, and we assume no responsibility.
5. This product is a personal item. We are not responsible for disease transmission or other hygiene and safety issues caused by unauthorized resale or transfer.
6. The heads and bodies of all manufacturer’s products are created based on the sculptors' free imagination and do not involve infringement of any individual's likeness. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
7. Do not discard the product in public places.
8. We are not responsible for any accidents or losses caused by improper use of electronic products such as sound or heating functions.
9. Any costs incurred due to order modifications made by the customer shall be borne by the customer.
