Robot Doll After-Sales Instructions
Thank you for choosing Juicedoll products. Before selecting a doll with robotic functions, please be sure to carefully read our [After-Sales Instructions]. This will help you make an informed decision before placing your order.
1.In principle, we do not accept returns of robot dolls for non-quality issues. For more details, please refer to the "Return Policy" page on our official website.
2.The motorized components of the sex robot doll come with a 5-month warranty period, calculated from the date of product delivery.
(1) Customers must use the robot doll correctly. We will not provide after-sales service for any intentional damage to the product.
(2) If you notice any abnormalities during use, please stop using the robot doll immediately and contact our sales personnel. This will help us better understand the issue and develop an appropriate solution.
(3) Since we cannot provide on-site repair services, if damage or malfunction occurs within the warranty period, we will fully refund the cost of the faulty motorized component based on its original selling price (or the actual price paid by the customer if discounted). In case of more serious issues, we will further discuss with you to provide an appropriate solution.
(4) We do not provide factory repair services for the doll.
(5) We offer a 5-month after-sales service period, which does not cover any after-sales requests resulting from human-caused damage. After 5 months, we will no longer provide any compensation or after-sales service.
Please note that, compared to non-robotic dolls, the lifespan of a robot doll varies depending on individual usage habits. Therefore, please consider carefully before making a purchase.
